Ask a Question
Use this Counseling Example when your Soldier speaks or acts in a disrespectful manner toward a Commissioned Officer.
What is considered disrespect? Disrespect can be anything from a simple nasty facial expression to F U Captain, I ain't doing
jack. Everyone is different and what I take as disrespect may not apply to other Officers. Bottom line, counsel the Soldier if you
feel disrespect and recommend for UCMJ punishment if the offence warrants it.
